S.P.K. Landscaping is currently looking for a [Full Time] experienced, responsible and dependable foreman and laborer(s). Must have strong verbal communication skills to communicate professionally with your crew members and especially customers. Must be capable of lifting 50-100 pounds and have common knowledge of operating commercial mowers, trimmers, etc. Applicant must be able to follow and properly execute directions with their foreman to meet our customer's expectations. MUST be prompt, have great time management skills, and work efficiently with your team. Work days are usually 8 hours/day, 8am-430pm. Must be 18 years or older to apply. We are looking for someone who is creative and has a passion for the industry and has potential to move up in our company. Our success depends on your success.

-Compensation is based on an hourly wage  (depending on experience). Employees are paid on a weekly basis.

-Must be able to work Monday through Friday with an exception of a few Saturdays.

Duties as follows:

-Must be able to handle conflict in a professional manner if an issue occurs

-In charge of weekly maintenance accounts(cutting/trimming)

-Laying mulch/stone/rock, grooming gardens, keeping beds clean

-Must have an eye for detail when executing soft scape jobs along with weekly maintenance

-Able to install and remove plants, bushes, shrubs, trees, laying sod etc.

-Good attention to detail

-Ensuring that each account will be done properly and leaving the customer with satisfaction of choosing our company
